We have a little someone we would like you all to meet…..this little cutie will be visiting us every 2 weeks, he is due his second visit tomorrow and we are all looking forward to seeing him again.

The staff are out in full force for our cake making competition tomorrow ? our lovely residents are sure to be in for a treat ?

The weather was fantastic for the Summer Fair on Sunday 18th June 2017, the residents really enjoyed the day with food and entertainment. Over £100 was raised for the residents fund. A big thank you to Christine Mahan who organised the day, Richard Clelland for setting up the marquees and Andrea Scott for the catering.

Riverside House took part in the Alzheimer’s Charity Cupcake Event on 15th June 2017.

Many of our residents are unable to eat solid food and require a pureed diet. Many thanks to Andrea Scott, Head Cook, who has taken the lead in making use of special moulds that make pureed food look realistic. The change brings dignity and an improved dining experience to our service users with this dietary requirement.

The catering team prepared a Royal Cream Tea for all the residents for the Queen’s Birthday on 17 June 2017.
