To be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.
Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Reporting to: Home Manager
To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors. The Senior Care Assistant is responsible for daily running home in the absence of the Home Manager.
Job Title: Domestic Assistant/Housekeeper
Reporting to: Housekeeper
To work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Care Centre, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times.
