Meet the Manager Danielle Carter

Our manager Danielle Carter has worked within the care sector for 13 years working within Riverside House for 6 years, showing commitment and compassion to residents and their families, she has a good knowledge and understanding of all the residents individual needs and preferences as well as the safe running of a residential care setting. Danielle works with a hands on approach developing her staff to the highest level achievable, Danielle operates an open door policy where residents, families and staff can access her at any time. She has developed a great working relationship with all third party agencies that  assist with the operation of good care delivery taking on board all feedback. Danielle is a registered manager with CQC.
